You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which includes a tracking link. However, you can also check your order status on our website [Track My Order].
If you have a registered a account, simply log in and click on the order you would like to track. If you do not have a registered account with us and checked out as a guest, you can track your order by entering your order number, email and billing zip code.
In order for us to process your returned item(s), you will need to enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly label outside packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive your unique RA #, please contact us at 1-800-787-7546 or send an email tosupport@clinicalcare.store Upon receiving your RA #, please ship returned item(s) with the return label provided by us, in your package.
All orders placed on clinicalcare.store are shipped directly from our warehouse using FedEx, USPS and UPS services. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If there is an issue with your order such as missing, damaged or incorrect products, you must contact Customer Service by phone (1-800-787-7546) or email (support@clinicalcare.store) within 30 days of the delivery date to receive assistance.
